LIFT · For foundations and portfolio teams

You’ve backed the ventures. What’s helping them move?

For foundations and portfolio teams with ventures already in motion. We pinpoint what is blocking the next result, help founders act, and show what changed outside the venture.

The portfolio question

Portfolio updates do not always reveal which venture needs what support.

Support starts where the result is stuck
No clear offer

Build a priced offer. Put it in front of a real buyer.

No customer pipeline

Find relevant prospects. Send tailored outreach. Work the replies.

Pilots never repeat

Fix scope, pricing or delivery. Ask for the next order.

AI handles the repeatable. Founders handle the consequential.

  • Go-to-marketMap and score buyers. Draft tailored outreach. Track replies and keep the pipeline current.
  • FundraisingFind and score funders. Draft applications. Track evidence, deadlines and follow-ups.
  • OperationsTurn meetings and inboxes into owners, tasks, reminders and risk flags.
  • Founding cohort statusHuman support is ready. AI workflows are tested in delivery. Founders approve consequential actions.
Three gates

Same gate. Different route to proof.

  1. Gate 1First commitment
  2. Gate 2Repeat demand
  3. Gate 3Lasting viability

The first conversation path

Portfolio Progression Preview.

A proposed two-week, bounded engagement for a small selected group of your ventures. It shows how LIFT would work on your portfolio before you commission it.

  • Light baselineWhere each selected venture stands and what may block its next result.
  • Two targeted sessionsFocused on the constraint the baseline points to.
  • Sponsor readoutWhat we found, venture by venture.
  • Your decisionWhether to commission LIFT.

Scope, fee and capacity agreed before launch. The preview is proposed after a first 60-minute conversation, and only if you and Threshold agree terms.

Why fixed: a founding cohort keeps delivery credible. Larger cohorts can be scoped after the first cycle.

Will every venture advance?

No. The evidence may support adapting, continuing or pausing.

Is the AI fully autonomous?

The human delivery model is ready. In the founding cohort, controlled AI workflows will be tested in live use. Founders approve consequential actions.

What is proven so far?

LIFT has not yet run a full cohort. The first cohort will test progression, time saved and decision usefulness at Week 12 and Month 6.

What does the partner bring?

Relevant ventures, a decision-maker and useful relationships. Agree any venture funding separately.

How we select ventures

Score evidence, not narrative.

Six criteria, scored 0–3. A hard disqualifier overrides the total score.

Who benefits: a committed founder, an outside signal and a useful result achievable within 12 weeks. Not the right fit: an idea with no outside signal, no founder capacity, or a technical, regulatory or capital barrier this support cannot change.
